Settlement statut

Hi
I am holding UK permanent residency biometric card after 5 years route EU family member visa.
Now, please Do I need to apply for settlement card after 21/3/2019 or the card which I have is enough because in GOV website shows that I need to however I would like to ask people like you guys who knows the immigration Law better to give me please if you can clear explanation.
