Hi Everyone,

I hope you all well.

I am going to apply for ILR in end of march as my Tier extension expires on 26-03-2019.

Tier 1 extension granted on 26-03-2017

I have few doubts if you can clear for me please I am getting different views from people.

1. My two kids born in this country one is 3 year 8 months and second is 1 year 5 months. Do i need to apply for their Visa or they can apply for ILR with me ?

2. My wife she has moved in UK since Oct 2014 she definitely need visa extension first i know. Do i need to apply for two year extension ?

3. I have been granted for my Tier 1 visa from IT services and I have started new Business of Construction Training and I am more involved in new business with Business partner. Is that will affect my visa?

4. If anyone can share a link for Documents required to apply for ILR ?

Thanks

Once you have ILR, you can apply to register them as British. Do they not have a visa at the moment?

She applies for a 3 year extension. You cannot select a lesser visa validity.

They do not need ILR if you plan on registering them as British.

If you are NOT registering them as British, they must apply for ILR.

I understand your point.

My visa expiring on 26.03.2019 and I am planning to submit my file on 20.03.2019 If I apply for ILR for myself and if that takes lets say 3 months or 4 months. What will be their status their visa will be expired. Thats my point. Can they stay without visa until I receive my ILR.

Thanks for quick response

UK born children do not need a valid visa to register as British, it is an entitlement to register.

Thanks for the information as always.

Wether they hold Indian passport or not, it does not matters.

That would save my embassy fees for two kids.
