I am applying spouse visa in 2 years route.There is no option when filling form that If partner is working as self employed.Them I need to provide pay slip for partner and letter from his employer.any help please

There is no financial requirement for visas issued under the old rules.

As you have been in the UK since 2008, why not apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence?

Thanks CR001.I knew No required for financial requirements.Actually I am British citizen but my wife she is here since 2008 .See was having problem with life in uk test.Now when I filled her set m the question was

How often paid
Option was weekly,fourtnitly,monthly
But no option if self employment.
If I select any option of pay
Then next
Letter from employer and payslip
I confused.
One more if I British passport holder how can I show settle status.

So why doesn't she apply for ILR on Set LR based on 10 years long residency?? It is a much simpler and less documents application.
