Hiya, I want to apply for ILR super priority service ON 5 years spouse visa route. I’m bit confuse because of new rules.

1.according to my understanding, I need to apply online application and book appointment at ukvcas.once I attend ukvcas appointment and upload supporting document Then I have to wait 24 hours for decision . Is that right?

2. I am employe from last 6 month and meet £18600 requirement but before that I was self employed and didn’t meet £18600 per annum.
Will it be ok?

3. Could anyone please share what supporting document require for ILR.

Hiya, I got my first spouse visa under 5 years rule on September 2013 .I applied for my visa extension in 2016 before it expires but my visa been refused because of toiec issue . I won appeal and got visa in 2017 till 2020.

1. Can I apply for ILR now because it has been more than 5 years?
2. Do I have to wait until 2020.
