Hi All,

Could anyone help me with my situation below?

I did Flr (FP) application and it was refused on 23/05/2018 with no administrative review or appeal right. I did SET (O) application in 14 days time and varied it to SET(LR) as I reached 10 years on 14/07/2018.

I am still waiting for the reply.

My asking is if anyone has the same situation like me and what could be result from home office ? This waiting and uncertainly is killing me as I have a refusal ...

Your advise is much appreciated..

Hi Guys,

I am new to immigration board. I would really appreciate if someone could help me with your experience...

My Flar (FP) application was refused on 23/05/2018 and then I did SET(O) application in 14 days time and then varied it to SET (LR) on 17/07/2018 as I reached my 10 years.

My asking is is there anyone who has recent Experience on this sort of situation and if you could share this with me. This uncertainly is killing me.

Your advise is much appreciated.

Hi,

Thank you Sunny024 and Zimba for your reply. What about article 39E? Am I not falling in those rules?

Looking forward to hear from you.
