Dear Sir / Madam,

My question is regarding 28 days calculation.

If I am not wrong the 10 years long residency applies from the day you have arrived in the UK.

Arrival in the UK on the 6th July 2010.
Visa expiry date: 8th June 2020.

What date can I apply for ILR please ?

You cannot apply for ILR any sooner than within 28 days before 6th July 2020.
