Hello respected members of this platform can some one pls help me with my qualifying date for my set m application pls
Background
1.arrieved in uk 08.07.2007 on visit visa.
2.applied flo 27.09.2012
3.flo was refused 26.09.2013 and was asked to leave the uk.
4.went back to country of origin to apply for entryclance 13.11.2013 and was granted 29.01.2014 33months.
5.Landed in UK 24.02.2014
6.flm was submitted 07.10.2016 and was granted 25.11.2016 for 30months
7.brp expiry date is 16.06.2019

When can i apply for my indefinite leave to remain pls.thanks in advance

No earlier than 28 days before 24.02.2019 - five years from your date of entry

Thank you Casa for ur help,also is it true i can apply for naturalization as soon as i get my ilr without not waiting for a year? Because am married to a British?

Certainly you can apply straight after having approval of ILR , no need to wait for one year provided that you do meet all other requirements.

Only if your spouse is a British citizen.
