ILR FOR PBS TIER 1 DEPENDENT DOCUMENT CHECK LIST

Hi All respected moderators
I am about to apply ILR for my wife ( who has been my dependent for last 5 years under Tier 1 category ) please see a full list of documents that I intend to include in application
There are couple of things that I would like to clarify
Date of appointment: Monday 04 Feb 2019 ( under new system )
Centre: Croydon
Appointment Type: Standard
Extra services: Document upload checking service cost £35
List Of Documents UPLOADED:
Wife's Passports old and current ( only photo page for both ) IS FRONT PAGE GOOD ENOUGH?
Wife's BRP ( Both sides)
My British Passport ( only Photo page )
Life In UK Certificate
English Language B1 Certificate
Cohabation Documents:
2 x Joint Annual Mortgage Statement ( dated separate years )
2 x Joint Council Tax Bills ( dated separate years )
1 x Joint Electricity Bill
1 x POLL card ( wife name )
3 x NHS letters ( wife name )
1 x HMRC letter ( my name )
1 x Home Office Letter ( my name )
1 x utility Bill ( my name )
And ofcourse
Declaration for HO to verify application information ( signed by wife)
Consent for the HO to verify third part information ( signed by me )
Consent for the HO to verify third party sponsor information ( signed by me ) DOES THIS APPLY IN MY THIS CASE?
FEW QUESTIONS!!!
In addition to couple of highlighted questions above
Here are few more :
Do we need to send marriage certificate again ?( this was provided in initial application 5 years ago but was not required during the extention 3 years ago )
My wife works part time although she is on maternity now . Should we be sending her payslips and bank statement for last 3 months ?
Should I be sending my bank statements for last 3 months ?
Should we be sending birth certificate of our recently born daughter ?
Last question DO WE NEED TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AT ALL?
A prompt answer by any of the moderators will be much appreciated
