Switching From Spouse Visa to apply for 10 year long term leave visa

Hello,
I am currently on spouse Visa, I have spent over 10 years in the UK, The history is from student visa to post study visa to student and to spouse visa. I want to apply for indefinite leave by switching from my current spouse visa via the 10 year long time residence route.
I made spouse visa application within the 60 days curtailment back in 2015, will this have effect on my application?
Do I need to provide any document from my spouse?
What are the documents I need to provide for this application please?. I understand that I have to provide the following but not sure if I've missed anything:
Valid Passport
My Biometric Residence permit
Immigration history
My 2 passport photograph
My proof of English
Life in the UK test
proof of address
Marriage certificate
