ILR Long Residence - Question about social, cultural and family ties

Hi all,

I was filling out the application and came across the section titled "Your social, cultural and family ties".

These have 3 questions in the vein of "Do you have any family in your country of birth, nationality or any other country where you have lived for more than 5 years?"

From reading around I have understood this is not a particularly important part of the application. However I was wondering if I am supposed to put in contact details for friends and family that we list.

I only ask because there is no specific instruction to put in a contact address, but without it seems a bit pointless asking people to list random friends/family who may or may not exist.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I have indeed read that thread; however it did not provide any answer regarding whether we have to provide contact addresses for each of the family/friends/social networks provided.

No, there isn't a requirement to provide contact information. Perhaps you are overthinking the questions slightly.

Note also that 'social groups' does not refer to social media, ie facebook or instagram etc.

Yes I probably am reading too much into it; thank you very much. :)
