ILR Set (O)

Hi All

I am filling in the Set (O) forms for ILR after completing 6 years of DL.
Need some about a question in the form about "Problems with immigration to the UK" in the travel history section.

In the past 16 years that i have lived in the country, I've had 3 refusals. First one was in 2009 for student visa due to funds. after the refusal, I made a fresh application and was granted a student visa.

In the second instance, I was a dependent on my wife's application for HSMP. This was refused but eventually as an out of court settlement granted first DL in 2012.

Then my extension for DL was refused in April 2018, that was eventually after a court case victory granted DL in July 2018.

Do I need to mention all these refusals or any particular one or none of them ???

Thank you for your advise in advance.

Regards
Ashycal

You don’t need to mention any refusals. They already have the records

The SET(O) asks for any refusals. You have to declare that. You can later on in the reason explain that eventually you got the visa. Not declaring that will be considered deception.

Usually the question states “the period your application is based on”.
