Absence History 10 Year Route SET LR Form

Hello,
I am about to apply for ILR through the 10 year route, and have filled up the entire SET LR form. However, the form never asked me to enter the dates for my absences from the UK. A friend who applied around June last year told me that the absence history is asked in the form. I understand that the form was revised in Nov 2018 and I wanted to check if anyone else has applied through 10 year route recently using the new form. If yes, how did you provide your absence history? The form has not asked me about the date of arrival/start of 10 year period either. Is that what others saw as well?
