Hi all

My wife is a PBS dependant below her visas.

1. PBS Tier 2 General: 13/02/2014 to . She entered the UK 09/03/2014
2. PBS Tier Exceptional Talent: 02/07/2016 until now.

The first question is: When she will eligible to apply for ILR? I am sure because one of the requirements to be living with the main applicant for 5 years in the UK. If I am right then I guess the day that she will be able to apply is 09/03/2019.

Second question is: What the paperwork that she needs to show to apply for ILR?

My understanding is

1. Life in the UK
2. English Language requirement
3. 5 years cohabiting
4. I am not sure if any financial requirement is needed. If needed does need to be my income, hers or both.

PS: I have ILR

OP has ILR

She can use visa issue date so she is eligible now. She only needs two years of cohabitation evidence
