Tier2 General dependant to ILR

Hi
I came to UK in May 2012 as T1 work visa dependant. My husband switched to T2 general in 2013, and I changed to T2 general dependant same time.
Now in 2019 January he applied to ILR in 10 year route.
Can I apply to ILR as I lived 5 years as T2 PBS dependant? Or
Do I need to switch to ILR dependant and need to live another 3.5 year in order to apply for ILR as my husband went for 10 year route , not settled in T2 route?
Very confusing, please response to me
Thank you

Hi Vinny
Thank you for your response. Another question,
My T2 PBS dependant visa expires in June 2019, Can I stay in my current visa and switch in June? Or Should I switch soon after my partner get ILR? My partner applied online and his appointment this week.

You can apply before your current visa expires. Do not travel out of the UK though as it is risky to try return until you have switched visas.

Why is your husband opting for Long residence ILR and not Tier 2 based on 5 years which would allow you to apply with him for ILR??

Thank you for your response. I may travel outside the UK, So I think better to switch once my Partner gets ILR. He went for 10-year route because His salary requirements didn't meet at the level of expected. :(
