Eligibility of ILR 10 Years Route with TIER 1

Hi everyone,
I am trying to apply ILR 10 Years in 2020 years, but my DES (Doctorate Extension Scheme) is expiring in 2019 and trying to fill the 6 months~ gap in order to reach 10 years. Was wondering am I eligible to apply for ILR 10 years route with Tier 1 Graduate Scheme at the end?
Please see my visa status as below:
03 JAN 2011 - 10 JULY 2019: TIER 4 Student Visa (8 Years, 6 Months)
11 JULY 2019 - 11 JULY 2020: TIER 4 DES (1 Year)
12 JULY 2020 - 03 JAN 2021: TIER 1 Graduate Scheme
Theoretically, I will reach the 10 years lawful, but as I read online, it says TIER 1 Graduate Scheme did not directly lead into the settlement? Or it doesn't matter as long as I stay with 10 years lawfully?
