Hi All,

I am due to apply for my ILR next month, but in 2013 I was convicted of Common Assault, and I was asked to pay a fine of £250 or in default 7 days imprisonment.

Since then I have renewed my visa two times without having any issues.

Is there an chance that my application will be rejected?
