Hi all..
We are on Tier-1 Ent and going to apply for ILR in couple of weeks time So i want to ask:

(1) one of my new EEA national employee has just Refrence number from Job centre. He will be issued National Insurance number till next month which means he can work on Refrence number at the moment. So can we claim points for his Job. There is No any NI number or Refrence numb on his wage slips. My accountant saying his software needs NI Number only. We can explain this in cover letter.

(2) Can we send copies of wageslips, are copies of wageslips acceptable in normal paper OR they must be duplicates..??

Thanks

This will not affect your application. You are allowed to hire people without NI number

Any paper is ok. There is no formal legal payslip format or paper
