Tier 4 + PBS Dependant + Tier 2 General =ILR?

Hello Experts,

A question for you:

My Visa history is as follows:

Tier 4 Student: October 2010-October 2014
PBS Dependant: October 2014-October 2015
Tier 2 General: October 2015-present (expires October 2020)

What is the earliest point that I could (and should) apply for ILR?

(I am not sure if the time as PBS Dependant counts as part of the requisite 5 years, and if it technically does, if including that time is looked upon favourably by the Home Office.)

Thanks,
Al :?

October 2020, either 5 years Tier 2 or 10 years long residence if you meet the requirements.

PBS Dependent time does NOT count towards the 5 years you need on Tier 2 General visa. For 5 years ILR, you need 5 years on Tier 2.
