Main Applicant ILR - Query on Tier 2 dependent Visa

Hi Experts,
I am planning to apply for my ILR next month. I am currently on Tier 2 General Visa. My 5 year calculation is based on date of first Visa issue date and not on the date of first entry.
I have the below questions:
1) Can my wife and son(born outside UK) also apply ILR based on 5 year count starting from their date of first Visa issue (which is same as mine)? If not,
2) Can my wife and son stay on their current Tier 2 Dependent Visa after I get my ILR?
3) Can my wife work on her current Tier 2 Dependent Visa after I get ILR?
4) Can my wife work on her current Visa if I change employer after getting my ILR?
5) If I change employer after getting ILR, will there be any problem with the ILR application for my wife and son?
