HI. Here are my details. I am on tier 2 dependant child visa, granted entry to UK on 2015. I will be applying for ILR (set O) as pbs dependant TIER 2 with sole responsibility as my mom is eligible to apply for ILR through 5 years qualifying period as tier 2 and im over 18. There are just some points I want to clarify:

1. for proof of address, I will submit my bank statement and credit card bill.
Im not currently in school but I do have a part time job. My question is Does having a credit card appear to be like financially independent? though I am not as I live with my mom and I do not pay any rent.

2. Also, I do not have NHS registration document, would letter from GP confirming registration and current address suffice?

I am confused for the 2nd proof of address document whether to submit credit card bill or the GP letter?

3. Do I need to submit confirmation of previous study(to prove not leading an independent life)? I finished my A levels last 2017, is that still needed or would that have no bearing since I am not currently enrolled?
I have university offer letter, do I need to submit them or no need?

Appreciate your help in advance. Thank you

This is explained in the PBS dependant guidance. Read the item 120 and onwards for documents required
