Accompanying partner to sopra steria visa appointment

Hi,
Sorry if this has been answered before as I can't find an answer to it.
My wife is applying for her settlement visa in the next week or so. I am planning to use the super priority service. Could someone please tell me if I will be able to accompany my wife to the appointment as her English is basic and she is reluctant to go on her own. Otherwise I may have to use the normal service.
