What do you mean by this. Can you explain better your visa route, what you intend to do and dates of visa etc

Yes, fine to apply as long as it is within 28 days before your 5 anniversary of entry to the UK.
Hi CR001, I just saw your reply regarding the application timing. I have a problem regarding online submission (tried to call home office contact number, however, it just wasted the time and money, never got through the answer I need). My 5 anniversary of entry to the UK will be on 18/03/2019. The application can be made 28 days before the visa due. The 28 days means online submission date or the date of the Core service centre appointment? As it is the new system, it is quite different from the old service I used before. I accidentally pay the money and submit it today but I haven't book the appointment for the documents checking act. If you are able to answer my question that will be much appreciated. Thank you!
