When exactly am I eligible to apply for ILR?

Hi,

I just want to know when at the earliest can I apply for ILR.

I got my first Tier 2 General Visa on 27-05-2014 that was valid until 09-05-2017.
However, I switched to another Tier 2 General Visa from another sponsor which started on 24-10-2014 (valid until 02-11-2019).

Can I apply for the Indefinite Leave to Remain on 29-04-2019 or it has to be 30 days to go to 02-11-2019?

There was no gap in my visa, it was a simple continuation from my first.

Your clarification will be highly regarded.

Kind regards

No sooner than within 28 days (not 30) before the 5th anniversary of your initial visa issue date (May 2014).

Hi,

Thanks. So technically if I apply on 30th April 2019 (under 28 days), I should be fine right?

Many thanks
