Start date of ILR: tier 2 approval date or BRP issue date?

Hi,
I would like to know the start date of my ILR.
My start working date: 10/12/2018.
My tier 2 approval date: 19/12/2018 (tier application submitted on 29/11/2018, biometrics taken on 04/12/2018)
My BRP issue date: 08/02/2019.
Could you please kindly let me know which date is my start date for ILR purpose?

Thank you very much for your prompt reply!
I would like to ask a further question: so if my tier 2 end date/valid until date is 09/12/2023, can I meet the 5 year stay requirement? As this will be about 10 days to be exact 5 years

You can apply upto 28 days before the 5th anniversary.
