Hi
I entered to this country on 28th December 2013 with a spouse of highly skilled migrant visa and My husband got his ILR in 2014 and I got my spouse of ILR Visa on September 2014 for 2.5 years. Then I had to extend my Visa for another 2.5years. My question is when I will be eligible for ILR ?
Thanks in advance

You are eligible after 5 years of residency on same visa route

Hi,
Is that going to count from 28th December 2013 or from 2014 ? my husband got his ILR in 2014 and I got his dependent Visa after that in 2014.

It counts from the date your spouse visa was granted in 2014.

By switching to FLR(M) spouse visa, you reset your clock to zero for ILR.
