New Service -Documents Required for SET(O) PBS dependent for ILR

Hi,
My wife is now eligible for ILR (After 5 years route) and I got BC 3 years ago. With new service, only documents it asks are as
"
Mandatory documents
1 The passport issued by India for Mrs x
Other documents
1 Mrs x's Life in the UK Test pass notification
2 Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mrs x for joint accounts or third party support
3 The language test certificate for Mrs x to prove the level of English language required
4 Evidence of Mrs x's immigration status in the UK
5 Declaration signed by Mrs x to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
6 Current Biometric Residence Permit

Please, can anyone help if Cohabitation profs for the last 5 years are required?
