ILR: Premium Lounge (London) expierence

Hi,
I am sharing my and partner experience about the appointment we had in Premium Lounge (20 Mark Lane London).
Reception room is very small, only 5-6 chairs are there. So if you are going with someone, that person may have to wait outside standing. Horrible.
Only applicant is allowed to enter the main hall. But we requested that applicant might need some help and let us to go inside together. After a bit of discussion among their staff, they allowed us to go inside bigger hall. Quite surprising, A number of chairs are there for guests , but all empty, and still staff not allowing others to wait in that area. Tea and coffee is available in this hall though. I saw just another family in the hall. All other were single persons (applicants only). It was not busy at all. Hall was almost empty all the time.
After the hall, only applicant is allowed to go with case worker in a separate room. Case worker will take bio-metric and photos. He took a look at online uploaded docs and mentioned all is okay, and go home. He didn't check everything properly. Just a casual check. We had uploaded just a few documents not everything in Sopra website. We had to tell him that there are a few hardcopies that still need to scan and uploaded. Case worker then scanned those documents and uploaded them.
In short: Do your own homework. Make sure you have every document with you. They don't care much it seems. Also, in premium lounge appointment, I suggest you take all hard-copies with you and let them scan and upload. (It is free for premium lounge appointment.)
Overall it is a faster service, but they should keep in mind that normally applicant come with family or partner also. So they should also be accommodated.
Next day morning, we got following email:
I am pleased to confirm that your application for indefinite leave to remain has now been granted.
You will receive your decision letter and biometric residence permit (BRP) in due course and these will confirm your immigration status.
