Hello Guru's

Please can you help and answer the below questions:

a)

Please, can you confirm if my document list is accurate? I have read on this forum that others are including business bank statement but it is not mentioned on the guidance. should i add this?

Document list

1. Settled workers – Copy of British Passport
2. Current Appointment Record
4. Real-Time Full Payment submissions
5. Payslips for employees

b) My spouse who is a dependant on my visa is short my couple of days.

What is the best route for her when applying for my ILR to make up the remaining days?

Below are her key visa date

Dependant Tier 1 Ent issue date: 16-09-2014
Dependent UK Entrance date: 25-09-2014
Dependent Tier 1 ent Expiry: 15-08-2019

As per above, if include the date she was issued her visa it will be exactly 4 years 11 months on 15-08-19

c)
My dates are not completely 5 years. Does it matter?
Tier 1 issued: 21-08-14
Expires: 14-08-19

exact number of days (4 years, 11 months, 25 days )

I will advise that you apply like three days before expiration of yours and hers. They will figure it out, also you can mention it in a cover letter to prove your transparency about it. You actually can apply 28 days before expiration of visa.
