Hi Guys

I am an Indian National, and eligible to apply for my ILR after Mid March. I am thinking of taking the appointment on March 15th. I have almost completed my online application form. I have the following queries;

1. Can I submit the application now and take an available appointment after 14th March?
2. If I submit the application now, will they consider the submission date as today's date? or the date I have taken the appointment?
3. When I got my initial visa in 2014, I have submitted my degree certificate which showed 'the medium of instruction is english'. This was considered as the proof of my english language requirement. Can I submit the same for ILR, or do i need to sit for an English test like IELTS? or apply for a NARIC?

Thanks

Date of application is the day you submit and pay online. Best to wait till you are within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your initial visa start date.

Q)regarding the english language requirement?
Best would be submit Same in Originals with ur Degree OD.[Saving ur costs,but HO spends extra time to conclude]
But easier for HO ,if u hav UK-NARIC certificate[U will have to pay to UK-NARIC a fee greater than writing EnglishLanguage test B1 or which ever level of English needed to ur Application Demands
U did not mention ur historical Extension(s) Dates of ur Application.U decide options available.
Hav a Pleasant Application Process.
