Hello All,

I am trying to collect documentation for my ILR and have a query on regarding the proof of cohabitation.I am planning to get letter from Surgery and School. Can you please suggest any format / template that we need to use for

1. Letter from Surgery,( in the last 4.8 years , we have been in two different surgery. The last surgery is from Feb 2018)

2. Letter from School. ( my children,s are going to the same school for the last 4 years but we have moved three times hence do we need write down all the residential address in the letter from the school)

Kindly suggest.

There is no 'template' (it still amazes how members think we have a template for everything).

You need more than just two letters anyway.

You need tenancy agreements, utility bills, council tax, HMRC letters, NHS letters, TV licence etc etc etc.
