Dear members,
I kindly request your assistance, I want to apply for ILR under emotional abuse but would like to know if I stand a chance with the information below,
I looked at the DV guidance https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... c-violence and non of the conclusive evidence happened neither do I have any of the conclusive evidence.
I was emotional abused because he always asked me to move out of the house and I moved out twice, once in October 2017 and again during Christmas 2018, two months ago. the first time I told a GP at the A&E that I was stressed because I was kicked out of the house and I was emotionally affected. I have requested this letter so that I can use it in my application.
I moved to a different city where I am staying with a relative and I went to women's refuge centre where I am now getting support though I am not staying there I go there twice a week.
My husband informed the Home office that our marriage broke down and my visa was curtailed, this happened after I went to the refuge centre and my husband was told of this and he said I was lying and now we cant be together. He also wrote a letter to home office to deny all claims of emotional abuse, I noticed the Home office will consider counter claims and denials.
I need to know my chances if
1. I have GP letter with one incident, Letter from refuge and letter from my relative confirming he shouted at me and threatened divorce, will this be enough evidence?
2. will this affect his record or future home office applications?
3. Since he wrote letter to deny my claims, what will this affect?
please give me any suggestions.
