I have some questions, I hope you will help me to find the answer for those.
1.Myself and My kid stayed in india as a vacation from 23rd Nov 2018 to 14th January 2019 for a continous period of 53 days.Does it affect our ILR?
2.Myself working as a contractor with the limited company setup. Can someone please advise , Should i submit my employment related documents ? If so, Can you please let me know the detailed list of the documents?
3.My Kid tier 2 dependant visa issue date(first issue) 23rd april 2014 and 18th Apr 2019 is the BRP the expiry date(after the extension). If you calculate the the total duration of the visa,It will be 4yrs 11 months 26days which is not complete 5yrs.Does it affect her eligibility for ILR?
4.I am just filling up the application for my daughter and myself.I somehow managed to get into the document
checklist page.It is having only the below documents listed -
Mandatory documents
The passport or travel document for Myself
The passport issued for my kid
Other documents
Life in the UK Test pass notification myself
The language test certificate for myself to prove the level of English language required
Evidence of my immigration status in the UK
Declaration signed by myself to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched
Current Biometric Residence Permit
- Is this correct? and also it says SET(O) form.Could someone correct me if i am wrong
It doesn't specify anything related to my employment, utility bills or bank statements.I am bit confused.
Please help.Thanks in advance

It has no effect unless you had your visa issued after 11 Jan 2018. Then it counts towards the 180 days per year limit
2.Myself working as a contractor with the limited company setup. Can someone please advise , Should i submit my employment related documents ? If so, Can you please let me know the detailed list of the documents?
No.
You can apply within 28 days from completing the 5 years

SET(O) is correct.
Your employment evidence is NOT relevant or required.
You simply need to submit two years of cohabitation documents, showing your relationship with your partner was subsisting. That is covering two years of evidence from 3 different sources (any evidence like bills, etc)

Hi Zimba,
Thank you so much for your response.Much appreciated.
Yeah , They have mentioned about cohabitation documents in the eligibility page. But there is no mention about this in the document checklist of the form which made me to confuse.

Hi,
I am getting ready with my documents for ILR dependant application.I have got following queries. It would be a great help if i get response please?
i.Here is the document list i prepared.Could someone let me know if i miss any please?
1.My Passport
2.Copy of my hubands(who is in ILR) passport,ILR BRP CARD
3.Life in the UK Test certificate
4.English Language Certificate
5.Declaration form signed by myself
6.Declaration form signed by my husband for joint bank account statement
7.Joint bank account statement for last 2years
8.Council tax for last 5 years
9.Thames water bill for last 5 years
ii. Since I am financially independant , I am not submitting the declaration form related to financial support.
In that case, Do I have to submit my own bank statement as a proof?
iii.If the answer is 'yes' for question (ii), Do i have to submit my employment related records like p60 or HMRC letter for tax?

If you are using jointly addressed documents (ie your bank statements), you need to do all three consent forms as far as I am aware.
Your income and employment is completely irrelevant for your ILR as PBS dependent.

Thanks for responding CR001!Sorry for the multiple post!!Read the rules..will follow the same.
the joint account is a separate account from my salaried one.So it doesn't have enough balance to prove that i am financially independant.I am working and I am supposed not to submit the financial support declaration form. In such case, I have to submit my employement related details.Isn't it? Sorry If I am asking too much.I am desparately looking for answer from the experienced ones.Your guidance would be highly appreciated.

There is absolutely NO requirement to PROVE you are 'financially independent'. There is also NO requirement to PROVE 'enough balance' either. If you are using any supporting documents in JOINT names with your spouse, you need to sign all the relevant consent forms.
I am working and I am supposed not to submit the financial support declaration form.
If you read the wording of the consent form, it is not asking you to prove you are financially independent. If you post the wording and read it again, you will note it likely says something along the lines of '
Consent for the Home Office to request verification checks for joint accounts or third party support.
Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people? (Required)'. HO merely needs consent to do their checks if you are using documents that are in joint names.
In such case, I have to submit my employement related details.Isn't it? Sorry If I am asking too much.I am desparately looking for answer from the experienced ones.Your guidance would be highly appreciated.
Your employment as a PBS Dependent is totally irrelevant.
You are perhaps overthinking this process.

CR001 -Thank you so much.I am cleared now
I have got one more question.I am almost filled my application and into documents section.
In the document declaration forms list, It asks for the below -
1.Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on XXX(ILR Main Applicant-My hubby's) for joint accounts or third party support
2.Declaration signed by XXX(ILR Main applicant-My hubby's) to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
But It doesn't ask for any declaration form signed by me.Is it the case for dependant application? Please clarify?
