Admin Review delayed/no response from HO

Hi CR001 , Casa or Obie /All,
Pls Reply ASAP.
Ref AdminReview for ILR refusal timeLines contacts to FollowUp.
Any updates for admin review Delayed/NO response on status from HO even after wait of 28CalenderDays from the date of AR-Submission ??
Scenario:-
ILR-5Yr[from Tier-1(G)-FirstEntry:March2009] refused &submitted on14th Day of ILR refusal via solicitor-Partial Help.[Got PNN Email Acknowledgement after AR-Submission]
Planning to apply for Next FLR(FP)on the very next communication of AR-Status[Either FurtherTime Needed/OR Refusal of AR from HO].Thr is no communication response from HO even after wait of 28CalenderDays from the date of AR-Submission ??
What phoneNumber OR Email ID should/can I request for status of AR ,Pls respond ASAP.Lives saving Answer All!

ILR application was refused and have been given an option to go for AR, they refused application under paragraph 245cd (g) and paragraph 19(i) and 19(j).+Sec 322(5),thn submitted-for AR.
Because HO has NO respose though it crossed 28 Calendar days from Date AR-Submission???
Pls help HINT the Contact PhNo or emailID so I can request my status update from HO w.r.t AR.

I did ask for How many More days AR can take?...........I asked for a solution to Approach UKVI w.r.t AR status response.We can not just assume things,as thr r other dependent Appls w.r.t status of AR.

Address for correspondence.
What is the Expected mode of communication response from HO w.r.t AR-Update ,
1)is it by Email OR Postal-Doc Or Both?
2)Is it Directly sent to Candidate OR their Representative/Solicitor OR BOTH in parallel Or Only Solicitor???

--Probably UKVI would revert within 28Days but it could take Longer.
--The communication style could be that HO would send Email First& then PostalDoc/Letter to Solicitor/(Applicant if NOT using Solicitor),Exceptionally PhCall(s) [This to get alerted, so we do not miss the communications from HO even in Un-natural calamities]
--The contact for AR status/Queries is:-admin.review.enquiries
--PhNo:-02070734278....[This is for JR&should work for AR as well?]
Would request CR001/All/Teddy to respond.

Solution:-Calls-standard-0300 UKVI number,Quote ur HO reference Number&AR-PNN,thy will intimate AR-Team Immediately,u will get First response to ur Email(of Solicitor if u have,else to u directly)from AR Team.Thanks All.
