I have been in the UK with spouse visa for 5 years and i am about the apply for settlement visa. My husband and my kids are British.
My husband was unemployed 8 months last year and now is working as self employment last 6 months. I filled the online SET M form up to finsnce section but asking me 12 moths tax and account documents for self employment which we don’t have! I can not apply and pay for my visa and i am very panicked!
I work my self as well but dont earn the financial requirement of £18.600!
Please advise how should apply for my visa?
Thanks

Read: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... _Final.pdf

If you are not eligible under SET(M), you may have to switch to 10 year spouse route FLR(FP)

Thank you very much! For your advice!
I that mean i am not eligible any more?
Do i have to appeal or just fill the forms and apply myself?

If you do not meet the financial requirement then you are not eligible. Read the guide to see if you can meet the financial requirements. If not you ust switch to FLR(FP)
