Hello members, why the homeoffice website is misleading regarding super priority service of ILR 5 5 years. Website text said you can take decisions in one day if use super priority service by paying extra on the other hand it doesn’t show the option of extra payment for priority service.

I called HO they are saying yeah you can use super priority service. When i said online applications doesn’t showing this option she was not accepting this and telling me that i am not filling the application correctly. This is very strange indeed. This is the exact quoted paragraph from HO website

“You must apply online. You’ll be told whether your application has been successful within 6 months.

You can get a decision within 1 working day if you pay extra to use the super priority service.”

The service is not available for tier 1 entrepreneur visa extensions or ILR. Only existing postal route available for you.

Super priority is available for other visa routes.

You have misunderstood my response. It is still a postal application effectively, ie super priority service is not available for tier 1 ent applicants.

You have misunderstood my response. It is still a postal application effectively, ie super priority service is not available for tier 1 ent applicants.

Correct. Super priority is available for Tier 1 Ent “dependents” though, if the main applicant has ILR via standard service and the dependents apply later on (given they have valid leave to remain).

Have you checked this and you are sure of it for the dependent application for Tier 1 Ent. for super priority

Yes, if you run a dummy application you even get super priority option at payment page. And two people I know did the same.

Yes I checked the dummy online applications just now it show for dependent however not for main applicant. Anyways this is clear now there is no such service for main applicants.

Dear CR how can i use this VIP service i am willing to pay tbis 10k for the sake of my business and to avoid delay in process please guide me on this with the process and link if any. I would be greatly thankful to you

I think it’s just a VIP comfort they offer not to quicken the process

There is no work around to speed Tier 1 Entrepreneur decisions. Going forward that will not change either because of the complexity of that visa type and the checks that have to be completed.

That isn't what the OP asked though is it. I answered the question based on the post of tier 1 main to ILR.
