So we need to show the cohabitation documents for last 2 years yes. how many documents do we need to show.
I have council tax and thames water on joint names. Also mortgage documents on join names.
Is this enough or need to show bank statements, but we don't have join bank statements.
Thanks

Its usually from 6 different sources evenly spread across 2 years. Send whatever you have should be fine. Send your bank statement and your wifes bank statement should have the same address. Not all are needed in joint names.
Council tax
Thames water
Electricity/Gas bills
Virgin Media etc
Mortgage
NHS letters
UK driving license
TV license
Bank account statements

I have one more query about the time line for my family ILR, below is the history.
My PBS dependents Partner and Kids got First Entry Clearance on 31st March 2014 as Tier 1 G dependents and enter the UK on 5th Sep 2014 where the GAP is 155 days between the entry clearance and entry to UK which according to guidance for calculating continues time can be counted towards the Time for ILR if less then 180 days which is less in our case.
In following year in 2015 July 17 went outside UK and return back on 8th Sep 2015. I have done backwards counting from 8th Sep 2015 to previous 12 months and there is no more than 180 days outside UK.
in 2017 we switched to Tier2 G, and I got my ILR last month as Tier 2 G.
Now we are applying their ILR as Tier 2 G dependents on 5th March 2019 keeping in Mind 31st March 2014 till 31st march 2019 and can apply 28 days before.
Can you please let me know is my calculation and thinking are correct.
Thanks

As far as I know there is no absence requirements for PBS dependents whose visa was issued before 11th Jan 2018.

Yes that is correct as for dependents the 180 days rule is implemented from Last year Jan.
So calculating from entry clearance date 31st Machr 2014 is correct yes.

Yes correct but might be will go for normal process to save some money as lot been gone so far to HO.
Actually I raised a query on the forum about the Section 3(1) if we can apply directly for the 2 Kids which are born out Side UK next year for citizenship along with our application with out going for their ILR now, but that seems to be risky, as Section 3(1) needs Home Sectary discretion and can give if there is compensate reasons.

Hi tier1417 bizman
If the Case is straight forward and apply for dependents ILR via Normal route, how long it will take, does it will take 6 months or can come earlier. what your experience says.

No one can really say. Standard service is 6months. But I personally believe it will come a lot earlier.
