Hi everyone,
I have question regarding of the ILR application that I hope someone can answer my question.
I have 511 days travel absence within two different type of VISA’s, and my 10th year in JAN 2020.
I have found that the first issued visit visa has duration on stay as 180 days while I been in UK more than expected and would like to clarify when could I apply for the ILR.
VISA details are below:

07/02/2010 FIRST ENTRY TO UK
TOTAL ABSENCE DAYS : 149 DAYS
TIER 2 INTRA-COMPANY VISA
Start date : 04.04.2011
Last expire date : 16.05.2019 - will renew 2 more year in April.
First entry : 11.04.2011
Year Full Day Absents
2019 10
2018 41
2017 43
2016 46
2015 43
2014 36
2013 51
2012 56
2011 36
TOTAL ABSENCE DAYS : 360 DAYS
GRAND TOTAL FOR BOTH VISAS : 511 DAYS
My questions are :
Would the Home office may consider that I was in breach of my conditions during that visitor period between 2010-2011 , by residing in the UK for longer than would have been expected as the VISA allowed to stay 180 days based on the below information ?
Should I apply 10 year ILR under Tier 2 - ICT visa alone and wait 2 more years or summer 2020 would be more safer option?
If I apply for the ILR in 2020 JAN how likely the application would be rejected , would this cause any problem for next ILR application ?
Many thanks
