I have had my ILR . Did you get it on 5 year route or LR? If 5 year route then the following is correct
Will love to find out the following

1. For wife and kids I guess I need to fill the online set O form Yes

2. In this form the form only asked for absences from jan 2018 ( they came in Dec 2013) Dependent absences are irrelevant for any visa before Jan 2018

3. At the end of the online form, there was no mention of documents showing cohabitation You need to show cohabitation. Refer to https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... .0-EXT.PDF

4. Am I the one referred to as the 3rd sharing account/utility bill? You wife and son are the main applicants now for SET(O). Think from their perspective and answer then. Are they relying on any joint accounts or third party funding to sustain?? Answer accordingly
