ADVICE NEED: Applying for ILR

I am eligible to apply for ILR based on 5 year Tier 2 general rule.
based on code of practice 2424 what is the minimum salary I need for 40 hours contract?

according to your SOC 2424 experience salary is £35k but you need £35500 if you apply before April and after is £35800

Also note that the salary stated in your SOC and the ILR requirement is based on 39 hours per week.

thanks for your replies.
ok i can request my company to increase my salary to 35500. what will be the salary for 40 hours? £35898.00 is my calculation correct.
so do i need to have 35500 or 35898?
ILR Letter from Employer about Abscence

Dear All.
I am due to apply for my ILR soon, do i need to provide a letter from employer about my absence from work if my absence do not exceed 180 days in continuous 12 months. only leave which i have ever used is Annual leave to visit my family in India.

Hi,
i am soon applying for my ILR based on 5 years of ILR. i was first granted Tier 2 on 02-03-2014.
1.Am i eligible to apply now based on 5 years?
2. do i need to provide 2 passport size photos as this is not indicated on the form anywhere?

You could have applied already. Your residence starts from date of visa issue and you can apply for ILR within 28 days before that anniversary date.
