Hi,
I wanted to know if I need to submit any document for unpaid leave?
I know about employer letter about days out of UK.
Buy what if unpaid leaves are taken but applicant was in UK.
I suppose home office can get unpaid days info from P60 from HMRC and check if it's more than 30 days/4 weeks in any calendar year and decide to grant or refuse themselves. Do applicant need to provide any cover letter or anything else?
Thanks.

No such requirement but there is no harm in explaining this in a covering letter

hi guys,
i am applying my ilr soon.

i need some info about my leave situation.
i have been out of country few times and now need leave letter from employer.
at one occasion i was out for 50 days.

i am thinking of following as reason of leave:
annual paid leaves and authorised unpaid leaves

do you think i shall divide this duration in two and specify how many days annual paid leaves and how many days unpaid leaves?

at another occasion i was out of 150 days for maternity.
i am thinking of following as reason of leave:
maternity leave and child birth

pls let me know if that should be ok?

thanks.

No need to specify. All that a letter needs to say is that your absences were approved by your employer
