Regarding ILR

Hi

Can anyone help me on below points?

Q1) If I apply for premium service will I get ILR next day/in couple of days? I am applying for Visa mid of next week(6th or 7th) and planning on 13th

Q2) I recently moved my house (15 days back) and currently living with my friends as I am still finding my new house for rent.
so in the application, I have mentioned 'What is the ownership status of your home?' as others and I can provide bank statement with my friends house address and all previous address proofs
is this enough for address proof?
or it has to be 'I rent it' and provide an agreement?

Q3) Regarding Absences
First term: I first entered UK on tier 2 General visa on 02-June-2013 and went back to my parent company on 13-Feb-2015-During this period I was paid in UK
and after working for around 150 days (still in limit of maximum of 180 days) and moved to UK on second term
Second term:- Came to UK on 30-June-2015 on same work permit and UK payroll as my work permit was still valid and have been working since then in UK. And done my Visa extension twice

If you see my overall stay from 02-June-2013- Its around 5 yrs 8 months and I know that I am eligible for ILR. but my main confusion is on how to show the no of absences. I traveled to UK 2 times (total stay will be around 50 days) during those 150 days (i.e between first term and second term) on same work permit but not paid in UK as technically it was a travel from my parent company to UK and I my salary and expenses were paid by parent company.
so do we need to treat complete 150 days as absence which are related to the UK payroll only 100 days as absence based on stay?

Q4)-In my COS, there is a mention about Gross allowances and guaranteed bonuses included in the above figure in pound sterling and my employer mentioned some amount there. Is it a guaranteed bonus or Discretionary Bonuses? If offer its shown as based on performance so confused which once to consider

Q5)-Can post code in life in UK test and ILR application be different?

Thanks

1. No guarantee you will get a decision within 24 hours if you use super priority service. Some have waited over a month.

2. No requirement to submit your friends documents. Simply state you are living with a friend.

3. Not sure how you will address the absence of more than 30 days, as I understand your sponsor should have informed HO when you left the UK. Wait for others to comment.

4. You need to meet the minimum Salary requirement for ILR of £35,500 or whatever your SOC states, whichever is higher. This is usually your standard Gross salary and you have to submit payslips and bank statements to prove you earn at the required level. Allowances are not counted unless they are specifically stated as guaranteed. Page 14 in link below tells you what HO will consider and what is not considered.

5. Should not be an issue.

An application for ILR can only be submitted from within the UK.

I suggest you read through Frontier Mole's advice in the following thread regarding absence from the UK. Although the topic relates to PBS Dependants, you should take note of his comment about paid absence.

Perhaps when Frontier Mole is next online he will be able to comment further.

Hi All

Just elaborating my Q3> on Absence

First term: I first entered UK on tier 2 General visa on 02-June-2013 and transferred back to my parent company (out side UK) on 13-Feb-2015 and was on my parent company payroll until I was transferred back to UK

Second term:- I was transferred to UK again on 30-June-2015 on same work permit and have been working in UK since then and my payroll started in UK again

GAP in UK employment: There was around 150 days gap in Payroll/employment in UK (13 Feb 2015 to 30 June 2015) as I was transferred back to my parent company.- BUT Visa was still active

Am I eligible for ILR? Can we still show this as absence even though I was not an employee/and not paid in UK during that period?
I have travelled to UK 2 times during this period (around 50 days of combined stay) on same work permit but those are business travels so what would be the final gap? 150 days as per employment OR 100 as per the travel

immediate help much appreciated

Thanks
