Error on online form

Good morning all
Please I need your advice.
I submitted my online form yesterday and I have realised I made a mistake.
It is on the question if known by any other name. The answer is yes and I picked no as I planned to come back to it after getting the changed of name document out to insert the right date. This was while I was filling out bits of information over the past month. Unfortunately I never went back to it and did not see it while checking the form before finally submitting it.
I realised this morning while going through the saved form and trying to upload documents.
Please what can I do as I submitted the form for my family of 4. I have always declared the name change in my past applications.
