Hello Everyone,

I did submit my ILR application yesterday (Friday) at premium lounge London.

Also received an email from case worker around 4pm about the dependants living with me of not? I replied in the next minute. Nothing happened after that.

Should I expect something today or will it be next week? Considering it’s Saturday today.

It is 24 working hours, so you can wait till Wednesday maximum, but hopefully you will get your decision on monday, for more information see the following link.

Can you please explain how was your experience of super premium service.Also if you can enlist documentation you submitted as i am also going to apply in near future along with four dependents.

Hi Aamir,

In terms of experience, I will say that it was good. Went to the premium lounge, submitted the docs and been asked to wait for 24hrs. I haven't received any reply yet from Home Office. I did submit application on Friday around 9am. But lets see when they come back.

Specifically for the Docs:-

I did upload the following docs:-

Cover letter - to explain your scenario
Set (O) - Online application form and fee payment receipt
Passports – (with Entry and Exit Stamp pages)
Tier 2 General – BRPs (Current and copy of previous)
Employer Letter – Confirmation of employment
Employer Letter – Confirmation of absences from UK
Employer Letter – Verification of Payslips and P60s attached
Payslips and P60s (3 months and 5 years respectively)
Bank Statements (HSBC) - 3 months
English Language Proof – UK Degree taught in English
LIFE in UK Test – Pass notification
Consent Declaration - this is part of the application. you have to download, Sign and scan this and upload.
Copy of COS - not required but I attached.

Hello Every one,

I am really worried as My wife applied on 27-02-2019. Biometric was done next day at London Premium Lounge. And still waiting for any response. My wife does not have any CCJ in her name, No Criminal offense. I am british Citizen and we have two kids both are British Citizen.

I called them and escalate the matter. Only a email came through which is
"Thank you for contacting UKVI Contact Centre.
We aim to complete all applications within the 24-hour service standard. However, where we are not able to do this we will complete the application as quickly as possible and where delays in making the decision are not the fault of the customer, the super priority service fee will be refunded."

Any Advise Please?
