It is £2389 for each applicant. So for wife and son it is £2389 x 2.

There is no discount for family/dependents/children.

Kindly do not post ILR questions in the Family Immigration sub forum. Keep all your ILR questions in the ILR sub forum (this one where your topics are now merged)!!

Why do you want ILR for the child when he has RoA??

Were your British or ILR holder when your son was born??

Thanks. Before he was born I have already got ILR . ROA is expired in 6 months time along with his passport. My government won't renew his passport because of ROA they think he is actually a British even if he didn't apply for citizenship. I saw application form my wife can include him is it true? Thanks a lot.

If he was born in the UK after you got ILR then he is automatically British. He doesn't have to apply for British citizenship.

A British citizen cannot apply for an application under the UK immigration rules as they are not subject to immigration rules because they are British.

Born to be British apply to all the children? His passport is not British because I wanted to give him an option when he grow up that is why I applied for ROA visa for him.

No not necessarily all children. But in your case, as he was born AFTER you got ILR, he is automatically British and entitled to apply for a British passport.

The thing is I don't want British passport at the moment . I want him to keep his current passport. So go back to the beginning can he apply ILR with her mum?

A British citizen cannot apply for a visa type application under the UK immigration rules.

ILR would be a step backwards if it was possible.
