A question about the required documents for my wife, she is applying for ILR (SET(M) under 5 years spouse route)

Application route: Partner of a person present and settled in the UK - 5-year route
I am settled a British citizen (Citizen since Oct 2014)

Q1:
My wife has a NARIC letter that confirms her qualification was in English.
So, I have selected that - You do not need to prove your level of English because you have a UK degree level qualification.

NARIC letter that confirms the qualification
meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a
Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK
AND confirm the level of English to which the
degree was taught or researched

Could you please advice me on the level of English part? What exactly should I be looking for in the letter?

Q2:
I have also selected below.
Have you passed the Life in the UK test? No

Now I believe that this might be in addition to the level of English above. Could you please confirm that the Life in the UK test is required?

She needs the English assessment and comparable assessment, costs £150 roughly for the UK NARIC UKVI Red Route. Note that the B1 English test costs the same and takes 10 minutes.

She needs to do the Life in the UK test. It is mandatory and is in addition to the English requirement.

Thank you for the clear and prompt reply. We went for the NARIC letter and we are booking the LITUK test next week.

Hi CR001, I do not believe that I have signed and provided this form as this was not on any checklist.

I have received the mail from UKVI stating - “application raises exceptionally complex issues”. Please advise if I should send this as a reply to the mail from the home office.

I do not have reason to believe anything else was incorrect or any information was missing from my application. What would you advise on next steps please?

The consent forms are mandatory, to give HO permission to do the checks they need to.

I have once again gone through the whole set m application, but I cannot find any references to this document. Any document references?

Could you please advise what should be next steps for me? Sign, scan and provide this over email?
