Tier 2 dependent -> Days outside the UK for ILR

Hi All,

The new rolling over policy for days outside the UK is a bit confusing. So asking here for help.
I have got ILR last year through Tier 2 general 5 years route. My wife entered the UK in 2015 April and she is eligible for ILR in 2020 April ( still on tier 2 dependent visa.). She went to India in December 2018 and still in India now. If she comes back before May (less than 180 days), is that fine or still any problem with new rolling over policy.

Thanks in Advance.

The last visa issued in October 2018.

First Visa in April 2015
Second (extension) in November 2016
Last Visa (again extension) in October 2018.

She must return within 180 days or else her lawful residence will be broken.
