Recommendation On exceptionally complex issues

Hello Immigration Team & all Members,
I have applied for ILR few days back & next day my solicitor received email & case worker said that in your case we cannot make decision in 24 hours need more time for decision because of exceptionally complex issues.
I am bit confused
because I have straight clean 6 years immigration history on my tier 2 & I am fully qualified for ILR.
Everthing fully updated tax & all other documents.
People who are facing this kind of situation what should they do to contact home office for any escalation because I need to travel abroad & I cannot go without getting this done.

Have you had any recent/sudden increase in salart before applying for ILR?

Hi There,
Yes salary increased 3 months back after my company informed the home office in sms system & applied this month for ILR.
but its not much different from previous salary & employer did increase salary on previous occassions as well.
My Company is a A Rated as well

These sudden salary hikes have been a continous abuse of the immigration system. Many people have abused the system. That is the reason HO will investigate your case more and have issued a complex letter. If you have genuine case, no need to worry. Goodluck.
How much was the salary rise?
Did you meet the salary threshold before the increase also?

Previous salary was £29000.00 & now earning similar figure as required for ILR.
now my question is how much time home office will take to make decision & whar kind of investigation going to happen?
Just got my new p60 as well which is reflecting last three months salary increase on the P60
Can i send new P60 to case worker or just wait what he does because he did not ask for anything yet

I don't know what is the exact meaning of this exceptionally complex issues letter/email. For example, my salary was raised in 2017 before second tier 2 extension. However, I am also exempt from this salary requirement. I am with the same sponsor for last 5 years, but still got this email.
In a recent audit (a few months ago), UKVI informed my sponsor that they are undertaking their duties correctly with no comments for improvement in any areas.
So don't know what could be the reason for letter/email.

So you got an increase of £6,500 3 months before ILR?? This would be an instant red flag to HO. Did everyone in the company get such a large increase of over 22%?? What is your SOC??

Do you mean
payslips of P45?? P60s are not issued until after the tax year on 5th April.

Not everybody got salary change in our company everybody bonus & increase varys also timing as well.
Yes we all employees got P60 early because our accountant going to holidays she generated payslips & P60 bit early this time but off course salary will be transfered on time.
what you think whats going to happen next with this scenario how long HO need to get satisfied?

£6500 is a BIG difference. You should expect more investigation in your case hence best to be patient and hope for the best. Goodluck

Its quite clear that the sudden jump of salary is the issue in your case!
You now might have a compliance visit at your work. Just make sure all the papers are ready on HR regarding employment rules, salary hike and most importantly your job duties are 100% aligned with your SOC code job description. If everything is genuine and you got all the proof then nothing to worry about. It will just kill some time and of course, it is stressful I know as I went through the whole process already!! But keep patience and prayer with you. You will be fine.

Bio-metrics given 21/03/2019 and my lawyer received an email on 221/03/219 that my application is exceptionally complex. This is frustrating and stressful. Can you please let me know status if anyone had similar issue.

This email format just a standard format for everybody.
basically they want some more investigation in your case thats all
I got same email as well & still waiting no response after that.

OP has already mentioned received £6500 pay rise in the last 3 months before application.

My employer raised my CoS for £32000 to get Tier 2 general.
My pay is £55000
Employer mentioned £55000 in the employer letter to HO regarding ILR.
