ILR-10 Long Residence

I hope this is posted in the right section of the forums.
Currently, working on Tier 2 visa.
Would like to apply for ILR (10 years) along with my partner. We both are eligible to apply
However, my son (11 years age) who born in India joined with us just one and half years ago.
My question is if we (myself and my partner) get the ILR, what is the situation of my Son?
However, my son is dependent on me and has the visa up to Sept 2021.
If we got the ILR we are no longer on Tier 2 general.
What visa will be applicable to my son?
Please advise

He can apply for ILR on form Set(F) once both parents have ILR.

Thank you CROO1.
Once we (both parents) receive the ILR, within how many months, we should need to apply ILR for my son?
Shall we use this SET (F) form for the children who already in the UK?
Please advise

1. At any point, but probably sooner rather than later, especially if you wish to travel out of the UK.
2. Yes, it if for applications within the UK.

For you and your spouse it is form SET LR, which is an online form and you each need to complete your own form.
You can't use this form for the child and must apply for the child after both parents are granted ILR.

Hi
Please advise on this
We are ready to apply now!
I understood that, we need to submit the following documents along with the application.
1. All passports
2. BRP
3. Certificate of life in the UK
4. English language certificate.
Shall we need to scan and upload all these documents including passport into the system as a part of the application?
Shall we need to upload each and every single individual page of passport which consists of stamps?

Correct.

If you are using the new UKCVAS service, then yes.
Shall we need to upload each and every single individual page of passport which consists of stamps?
Yes.

Hi
Could you please advise on this?
We are a little confused on the - Consent for the Home Office to verify application Information-Part 1, Part -2 and Part 3.
Shall we need to give the sign on 3 parts?
I understood that we only need to give the signature on Part -1.
Am I correct?
Does my partner and I should need to give a signature on Part -2 as well?
Because my partner is submitting our marriage certificate as well.
While shall we upload the PASSPORT PAGES which consists of stamps as single PDF (for each passport)?

Dear experts,
I really need your help to complete the SET (LR) application.
My self and my partner both are eligible to apply ILR on 10 years basis.
I have started to fill the online application, and I was really confused/stuck with document sections.
In the document section, it is asking to submit myself, my kid and my partner passports and BRP and also proof of evidence for two years that I am living with my partner.
My partner is also trying to apply SET (LR) -sperate application. If my partner fills the application, my partner also needs all vital documents such as passport, marriage certificate and BRP to submit as necessary documents.
How can we submit originals at the same time?
Please advise

You do not need to provide such information. SET(LR) has nothing to do with your partner/children as you must qualify on your own.

Hi Zimba,
Thank you for the information
Because of that, I have checked my application type. It is definitely SET LR.
They asked first my current partner name and date of birth. Then they asked when we started our relationship. Then they asked to me do you intendent to continue in the UK as well. Already my partner is living here since 10 years along with me.
Then they asked , do you have any children 18 or under of this age.
Then name and other things.
At the end of the documents, they are asking all these documents.
This is the link I have used to fill the form.
Is it correct?

You need to provide the information on the form however there is no need to provide evidence. The online system under long residence seems to ask people to provide evidence that is not required.I advised others on this before and they have bee granted ILR without these. Your relationship status is irrelevant under long residence and the rules require no such evidence.

Hi,
We would like to share our ILR successful journey details with forum members and moderators.
We (myself and my partner) applied for SET-LR separately (super priority) and we gave biometrics in Cardiff on Monday and Tuesday this week. My partner received the approval mail on the same day, and I have received the next day. Now we have received BRP cards and approval letters as well. We are very pleased with the UKVI and UKVCAS services.
Think you so much CR001 and Zimba for your valuable advise/suggestions.

Dear Experts,
Could you please advise on the following question?
Evidence you live with your sponsor?
I am filling the application -SET (F) form for my child (under 18), and I need to submit documental evidence for the abovementioned question?
What type of document I need to submit for this?
My son has a bank statement for three months (he has savings accountant as a child). Is that address proof is enough as a piece of evidence that my son is living with us/parents?
