Hello Forum members , I received ILR Today on long term resident. 10 years route. I was on Teir 1 entrepreneur. My wife is dependent on teir 1 entrepreneur pbs dependent. I have fulfilled all requirements for Teir 1 entrepreneur, to get super premium service i applied under long term residency. Can Shebapply under PBS DEPENDENT extension on Teir 1 entrepreneur? And if she can’t apply under the PBS CATEGORY, can she apply ON My dependent? If her category changes will that affect on the 5 years cycle?
Thank you for the help.

As you were granted ILR under long residence, your wife will have to switch to a FLR(M) visa. Unfortunately, this will re-set her immigration clock to zero, putting her on a new 5 year (2.5 x 2.5) route to settlement, unless she qualifies for long residence before then.

Hi Vic0020
Congratulations on your ILR success.
I will be applying for ILR on the long residency route in August 2019 but I am finding it extremely confusing with the new rules and wanted to know how you went about securing the Super Premium appointment for your application as I will be applying for it once the 45 days period starts.
Thank you in advance for your help in this.

1. You should continue your questions in your own topic please.
2. You cannot apply 45 days in advance. You must apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of your date of entry. Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and NOT the appointment date. Booking an appointment is part of the online process towards the end.
