Query about my ILR eligibility

Hi friends ,
I have a small query about my ILR eligibility
I came to Uk on 12th November 2014 on tier 2 General.
The following are the SOC codes and the visa expiry dates
• My job SOC code with my first employer – 2136---- 23/10/14 to 08/10/17
• My job SOC code with my Second employer -2135—31/03/2015 to 07/06/2018
• My job SOC code with my third employer -2135 -------16/09/2017 to 12/09/2020
• My job SOC code with my current employer -2133----- 01/08/2018 to 14/07/2019 (but my visa will be extended)
First question - Would I be eligible for Shortage occupation list because all my SOC codes comes under the list?
Second Question - There was a gap between April 4th 2016 -23rd June 2017 where I applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and waiting for the visa. But The visa was refused and I got my curtailment letter for my tier 2 visa because the employer lost sponsorship on 23rd June 2017.My curtailment letter contained the expiry date 29th August 2017.Then I got my tier 2 visa on 16/09/2017.But the new employer wanted to reduce my salary from 35000 to 26000 which I did not accept so he terminated my employment on 4th Jan 2018 and cancelled the visa. but I did not receive my curtailment letter from HO. But I got my job with another employer in the month of August 2018. The new tier2 visa was issued with my new employer. But there is a gap from Jan 4th 2018 to July 30th 2018.I did not work. Is there any concern that will I not qualify for the ILR.?
Third Question: - My 5 years will be completed in November 2019.But Iam extending my current visa for another 2 years in July 2019.But can I apply for ILR in November 2019?
Fourth Question: - Does the gaps will be counted for the 5 years?
Fifth Question: - My salary will be 37570 per year from April 2019.How many months payslip should I show for ILR?
Sixth question: - what all documents required for ILR under 5-year route for Tier 2 general?
Awaiting for your advice and feedback answers .
Kind regards,
Joseph
